About Us

Revita acquires and develops land-lease communities in secondary and tertiary markets where demand is strong, competition is limited, and municipalities are pro-growth.

Our focus is entry level housing - using prefabricated homes and a land-lease model to lower the total cost of ownership by ~30–40% and delivering supply faster, creating a clear path to stabilized, financeable cash flows.

Our Communities

Revita builds:

  • Seasonal communities for snowbirds, cottagers and seasonal workers by converting campgrounds into cottage communities
  • Year-round communities for first time homebuyers, retirees and working families
Our Strategy

Speed and Value

  • Prefab construction to reduce build times and control costs
  • Phased lease-up and amenity enhancement to drive NOI growth
  • Dual revenue sources – initial home sale and perpetual rent
  • A clear path to portfolio stabilization
